Constructive Rest. Rest Up!

As of late, I have learned the benefits of CRP (Constructive Rest Position). Lay down with your back to the floor and your knees bent. You can do whatever you want with you arms…cross them across you chest, let them stay at your side…anything. You’ll learn so much about your body. Where your spinal alignment is, how you breathe, etc. Do this 15-20 minutes everyday and you will do so much for yourself! And if you’re interested in changing your posture, this position is fantastic. You will see improvements.
